  • Coverage includes damages, settlements and judgements, legal fees and expenses, regulatory investigations, derivative actions, securities claims, security holder demand costs and extradition proceedings
  • Side A Difference in Conditions (DIC): dedicated protection for directors and officers where the company is unable to indemnify, with minimal exclusions (typically limited to conduct)
  • Operates on an excess or drop-down basis where underlying limits are exhausted or where the primary policy does not respond, including scenarios such as coverage disputes, insurer insolvency or delayed payment
  • Employment Practices Liability, Pension Trustees Liability and Public Offering of Securities: protection against employment-related claims, trustee exposures and securities issuance risks
  • Crime: cover for losses arising from employee or third-party fraud and dishonesty
