We are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive culture where all colleagues feel able to be themselves and experience a genuine sense of belonging. We value different perspectives, backgrounds and experiences, recognising that diversity drives innovation, strengthens decision-making, enhances client value and improves performance.

Removing barriers to diversity, equity and inclusion is a priority and is embedded across our policies, processes and ways of working, including Hiring & Selection, Development, Succession, Culture and Reward.  We provide training to ensure colleagues understand both the importance and impact.

We continue to evolve our approach to achieve our diversity, equity and inclusion ambitions. The following initiatives support our progress and will continue to develop over time.

Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Champions

Our voluntary Champions play a key role in shaping and advancing our agenda. They support implementation, amplify colleague voices and drive participation across the organisation. Champions are aligned to our affinity groups, representing diverse perspectives and strengthening engagement within these communities.
